A modern Kenyan technology-commerce platform built to make discovering, comparing and purchasing electronics feel fast, trustworthy and conversion-focused across desktop and mobile.
I led the full-stack engineering of the platform, shaping the product architecture and customer experience around a large multi-category catalogue, rich product pages, promotions, cart and checkout flows, account experiences and operational retail needs. The live platform also supports services beyond standard e-commerce, including delivery information, warranty communication, device repairs, trade-in journeys, buying guides and video-led product discovery.

As lead engineer, I worked across the application stack to turn operational workflows into a cohesive digital system. The product centers the core POS experience while connecting inventory, transaction records, user access and business reporting so teams can operate with stronger control, visibility and accountability.

A school-focused ERP platform created to bring academic, administrative and financial workflows into one connected operating environment.
I led engineering work across the platform with an emphasis on dependable workflows, clean role separation and a scalable foundation for school operations. The system is structured to centralize student and guardian records, fee and finance processes, academic administration, user permissions and management reporting instead of leaving critical information fragmented across separate tools.
